Sam Inman, Chief Executive Officer

Sam Inman has an extensive career in technology leadership and board experience. As CEO of NoCell Technologies, Sam is committed to leading his team to promote ending distracted driving in the commercial vehicle industry. Prior to its acquisition by OpenText in 2017, Inman served as President, CEO and chairman of Covisint Corporation, a leading provider of Cloud and IoT technology to Fortune 500 enterprises. He was also president and CEO of Comarco Wireless Technologies, a California-based provider of innovative mobile power and test solutions. Inman has served as Executive Chairman of Think Outside; Co-CEO and Chairman for Viking Components; CEO and President of Centura Software; President and COO of Ingram Micro, and President of the IBM PC Company, Americas. Inman is an honored Purdue University alumnus, Chairman of DN Tanks, and advisory board member for ChannelNet.

Don McKeefery, Chief Operating Officer

Don McKeefery has an expansive career leading manufacturing and engineering operations for a diversity of global technology companies—spanning consumer electronics, hard drives, wireless, bio-medical, medical device, and military aviation electronics. As COO of NoCell Technologies, McKeefery leads day-to-day operations, including architecture, design, development, and manufacturing of Nocell Technologies’ commercial-grade distracted driving management platform. Prior to NoCell Technologies, McKeefery used his leadership expertise to advise CEOs and private business owners on the optimization of their personnel and fleets to bring efficiency and position them for growth and profitability. He served as COO for Comarco, Inc., a wireless technology company, where he scaled the global organization and manufacturing capabilities to support the rapid growth. This led to Comarco being recognized on the Fastest Growing Public Companies list in the Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ). McKeefery also held key operations and manufacturing leadership roles at Western Digital (WD), EDAP TMS, and Beckman Coulter, among others. McKeefery served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.

Corey Woinarowicz, Chief Revenue Officer 

Corey Woinarowicz is Chief Revenue Officer of NoCell Technologies and is committed to helping solve the complex problem of ending distracted driving on our roadways. Since joining the team in 2019, Woinarowicz has put his efforts into sharing with commercial fleets the importance of investing in technology to protect professional drivers and the public while also ensuring drivers’ privacy is upheld. Woinarowicz speaks frequently to audiences on the importance of proactively eliminating distracted driving. He brings more than 20 years of B2B experience to the transportation industry and is devoted to ensuring drivers get home safely every night. Woinarowicz attended California State University Dominguez Hills where he studied Biology and Physical Education, and he played professional baseball before pursuing a sales career. He currently resides in Round Rock, Texas.
